Refund policy

We want you to be delighted with your hamper by Hummingbird Hampers Australia. If something isn’t right, please review the following: 

Change of Mind

Due to the perishable and customised nature of our hampers, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your hamper or items within arrive damaged or faulty: 

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the issue.
  • We will offer a replacement, refund, or credit at our discretion.

Incorrect Orders 

If you receive the wrong hamper or missing items, please contact us immediately. We will arrange replacement or refund. 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
