Welcome to Hummingbird Hampers Australia. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

We are based in the City of Ipswich, Queensland, Australia, and all our hampers are handmade, curated, and packaged with care.

Orders

  • Orders may be placed via our website or directly with Hummingbird Hampers.
  • Corporate or custom orders may require additional lead time and a written agreement.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (including recipient details) is accurate and complete. 

Products & Substitutions 

  • All hampers are handmade and individually curated. Presentation and packaging may vary slightly from images shown.
  • Occasionally, certain items may become unavailable. In such cases, we will substitute products of equal or greater value, while maintaining the luxury and style of the hamper.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • Full payment must be made before your order can be dispatched.
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods offered at checkout.

Alcohol Policy 

  • Hampers containing alcohol are only available to customers and recipients aged 18 years and over.
  • Proof of age may be required upon delivery.
  • By ordering, you warrant that both you and the recipient are of legal drinking age under Queensland liquor laws.

Delivery 

  • Deliveries are available Australia-wide through trusted couriers.
  • While we take every care to meet requested dates, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
  • Delays caused by couriers, weather, or other events beyond our control are not our responsibility.

Allergies & Food Safety 

  • Some hampers contain food items with common allergens, including (but not limited to) nuts, dairy, wheat, and gluten. 
  • Customers are responsible for checking all ingredients before consumption. 
  • Hummingbird Hampers Australia does not accept liability for allergic reactions or dietary sensitivities.

Returns & Refunds 

  • Due to the perishable and personalised nature of our hampers, returns are generally not accepted. 
  • If your hamper arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. 
  • Refunds or replacements will be assessed at the discretion of Hummingbird Hampers.

Cancellations 

  • Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before dispatch. 
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible. 

Privacy & Data 

  • We value your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with Australian privacy laws.
  • Your details are used only for processing orders, delivery, and communication.
  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required for delivery.

Limitation of Liability

  • Hummingbird Hampers Australia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the purchase, delivery, or use of our products.
  • Our liability is strictly limited to the total value of the order placed. 

Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
