Shipping policy

Hummingbird Hampers Australia is based in the City of Ipswich, Queensland, Australia.

Due to the perishable nature of our hampers, we are not able to fulfil international orders and can only deliver nationally in Australia. Shipping costs will vary across states and territories.

Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver across Queensland and nationwide in Australia via trusted couriers.
  • Delivery fees apply and are calculated at checkout. 

Processing & Dispatch 

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days. 
  • Corporate or custom hampers may require longer lead times (you will be advised at the time of order). 

Delivery Times 

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days depending on location. 
  • Express delivery: 1–3 business days (available in select areas). 
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be impacted by courier delays beyond our control. 

Delivery Instructions & Authority to Leave

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
  • If no one is home, the courier may leave the package in a safe place or attempt redelivery.
  • Once delivered to the nominated address, Hummingbird Hampers Australia is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage. 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Please check delivery details carefully at checkout.
  • We cannot refund or replace hampers where delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Alcohol Deliveries 

  • Some hampers may include alcohol. By purchasing, you warrant that you and the recipient are over 18 years of age. 
  • Proof of age may be required upon delivery. 
  • Alcohol cannot be delivered to unattended addresses; if no adult is available to accept delivery, a redelivery will be arranged (additional fees may apply).
